The phalanx needs to establish a NCO research enumeration that will undertake and help the U.S. military plan for the suppose of future demands on the noncommissioned officer (NCO) corps. The performance requirements and associated knowledges, skills, and aptitudes (KSAs) guess of future successful NCOs were used as a do-nothing for developing tools that could be incorporated into an NCO performance management presidency geared to 21st-century job demands.
